Recently, Management of the Fox Valley Village Apartments was transferred to RMK Management Company. Chicago-based RMK Corp. manages more than 6,000 apartments in the Chicago and Minneapolis areas.

Fox Valley Villages will undergo an extensive $3mil renovation due to start in 2004. A new clubhouse will be a part of the renovation program. The new clubhouse will host a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring advanced aerobic and weight training equipment and free weights, the business center will offer computers with Internet access, a fax and copy machines. The cyber café will provide residents a place to gather and check emails while sipping on coffee.
